Designed as a one-of-a-kind gathering place for family and friends, Wolf Trap values the beauty and inspiration that comes from the natural world. Outdoor facilities at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts provide picturesque views from gorgeous Douglas Fir Pavilion structures. All Wolf Trap Pavilions are ADA compliant and feature weather screens, ceiling fans and lights, and a small sound system with Bluetooth connectivity and a handheld microphone.
Ovations Pavilion
The Ovations Pavilion is one of Wolf Trap's larger spaces. It can hold 250 people seated with a dance floor, or up to 400 person cocktail reception. The space has ample power for a DJ or band and a large kitchen for catering staging. The Ovations Pavilion also offers a beautiful view of the meadow and the woods beyond. Adjacent to the Ovations Pavilion are private restrooms, available for use for events and rental only.

Associates Pavilion
The Associates Pavilion is the second of the larger spaces. It has the same capacity as the Ovations Pavilion, but with a slightly different footprint. The Associates Pavilion has a fantastic view of the Filene Center, the crown jewel of Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. This outdoor pavilion is perfect for events in conjunction with a performance.

Terrace Pavilion
The Terrace Pavilion, next to the Associates Pavilion, is the smaller, more intimate, space. Also located within the beautiful National Park, the Terrace Pavilion is ideal for a wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, or an intimate reception before a performance at the Filene Center. It can hold up to 100 people seated with a dance floor and up to 250 people for a cocktail reception. The Terrace Pavilion is a lovely space with more privacy than the larger spaces.

Meadow Lounge
Just steps away from the iconic Filene Center in Wolf Trap National Park, the brand-new Meadow Lounge is a premier venue for cocktail receptions and gatherings. This high-end space features luxury furniture, a built-in bar, and the temperature controlled Four Seasons Room, a perfect location for buffets, small meetings, or intimate celebrations. Meadow Lounge is available for private rentals outside of the summer season.

Encore Circle Lounge
Located next to the Filene Center Main Gate, Encore Circle Lounge provides a cozy and relaxed atmosphere for guests to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Wolf Trap National Park. This inviting venue is perfect for cocktail hours and informal receptions, with a preset layout that includes a temperature-controlled cabin and built-in bar. Encore Circle Lounge is available for private rentals outside of the summer season.

Important Information about Filene Center Events
Wolf Trap's Pavilion spaces can be rented for receptions and gatherings throughout the year. Discounts apply for performance day rentals, which require the purchase of tickets for all guests.
During the summer months, the Associates Pavilion, Terrace Pavilion, and Meadow Stage can only be rented on dark days or in association with a summer Filene Center performance. Performance tickets may be purchased through the

groupsales@wolftrap.org. The Ovations Pavilion, Meadow Lounge, and Encore Circle Lounge are not available for private rentals during the summer season.
