Wolf Trap Adds Erykah Badu, Ray Lamontagne, John Legend, Steve Winwood, and a Second Night of Cynthia Erivo to Its Dazzling Summer Lineup

Tickets for the newly added shows and the 2025 Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods season go on sale March 28 at 10 AM 

Vienna, Virginia (March 18, 2025) – Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts today announced additional Summer 2025 Filene Center shows and the Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods season at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. The full roster of Wolf Trap’s 2025 Summer performances announced to date can be found HERE.

The newly added concerts include neo soul songstress Erykah Badu (June 14); contemporary gospel collective Maverick City Music (Aug. 6); American pop rock sensation Train (Aug. 20); two nights of John Legend (Sep. 2 + 3) celebrating the 20th anniversary of his double-platinum debut album Get Lifted; the National Symphony Orchestra performing Harry Potter and the Deathly HallowsPart 2 in Concert (Sep. 5); a second night of Academy Award–nominee Cynthia Erivo (Sep. 6); folk singer/songwriter Ray LaMontagne (Sep. 14); and soul-pop singer Steve Winwood (Sep. 20).

This summer Wolf Trap also debuts Todo Sonido, a Latin music festival on July 12-13, 2025. This two-day celebration brings the vibrant sounds of Latin America to life with exciting, multi-generational talent across Wolf Trap’s three stunning outdoor stages. The extraordinary lineup includes international rockstar Juanes; Colombian vallenato-pop icon Carlos Vives; Puerto Rican star Kany García; multilingual genre-blending ensemble Monsieur Periné; rising corrido singer/songwriter DannyLux, and many more!

In addition to the Filene Center summer season, Wolf Trap also presents performances for children and families at Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods (CTITW). The eight-week season features the best of children’s performers including international music, dance, theater, and puppetry, with a focus on audience interaction and engagement. This year’s lineup includes award-winning family favorites like The Okee Dokee Brothers, Dan + Claudia Zanes, Pinkalicious The Musical, 123 Andrés and many more! Performances take place most mornings at 10:30 AM, June 20 through August 9. Summer camps, birthday parties, play dates, and more are welcome to join in on the fun. Ticketing and On Sale Information 

  • Wolf Trap members (donors of $100 and up) have access to presales starting today. For more information on becoming a member, visit wolftrap.org/membership.
  • Tickets for previously announced performances are on sale now. Tickets for all newly announced Filene Center and Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods performances are available to the general public beginning at 10 AM on Friday, March 28 at wolftrap.org.
  • Ticket prices vary by performance and are subject to change. See detailed performance listings online at Wolf Trap’s website calendar.

About Wolf Trap

Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, produces and presents a full range of performance and education programs in the Greater Washington area, as well as nationally.
