Where Every Note Echoes with History
Since its inaugural performances by The Wolf Trap Chamber Group and The Columbine and Primavera String Quartets in 1981, The Barns at Wolf Trap has been a cherished venue for chamber music enthusiasts. The restored 18th-century barns offer exceptional acoustics suited perfectly for classical music. In 2014, the series was aptly renamed Chamber Music at The Barns, continuing its tradition of hosting acclaimed artists such as Wu Han, Anne Sofie von Otter, and Pinchas Zukerman, and highly respected ensembles, including the Orion, Attacca, and Emerson String Quartets.
