An outstanding assembly of internationally renowned wind players join Chamber Music Society favorite and acclaimed pianist Anne-Marie McDermott to perform ensemble classics from the 18^th through the 20^th centuries. The program begins with sonatas and smaller ensembles before all gather for Poulenc’s effervescent Sextet, which he described as “an homage to the wind instruments I have loved from the moment I began composing.”
