Celebrate the 300th Anniversary of The German Barn at WINE & DINE AT WOLF TRAP. Indulge in a custom-designed, multi-course menu under the hand-hewn beams and rich textures of our historic barns. Chef Aaron Silverman and Master Sommelier Justin Moore will lead the evening’s wine pairings and curated dinner.

Join us to toast the rich history of the beloved Barns while supporting Wolf Trap’s arts and education programs.

MICHELIN-STAR CHEF AARON SILVERMAN and his restaurants have earned many of the most coveted recognitions in dining, including 2016 James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic; 2016 Best New Restaurant in America by Bon Appétit Magazine (Rose’s Luxury); AAA’s list of Five Diamond Restaurants (Pineapple & Pearls); all with Michelin stars.

MASTER SOMMELIER JUSTIN MOORE is Wine Director of Silverman’s Rose’s Restaurant Group, and Roses at Home’s Rad Wine Club. One of fewer than 300 Master Sommeliers in the world, Mr. Moore’s illustrious career spans North America’s most iconic establishments. Justin Moore is a musician, writer, reader, dog walker, and pedaler of bikes who can be found telling stories at Pineapple and Pearls most weekends.

Due to popular demand, Wine and Dine at Wolf Trap will be expanding into the Barns Atrium. Individual reservations begin at $900 per person and Atrium Sponsorships begin at $10,000.
