As a service to the community, Wolf Trap Foundation occasionally provides a limited number of performance tickets to qualified 501(C)(3) nonprofit organizations to be used as items for their auctions, raffles, or other events.
If you are affiliated with an organization that could benefit from this donation, please follow the directions below:
- Complete and email the Donation Program Request Form to donationrequest@wolftrap.org at least 6 weeks prior to your event. (For example, if your event is on March 15, please submit your request for a ticket donation no later than January 1)
- A maximum of 2 tickets (1 donation) to a specific performance will be awarded if the request is granted. These tickets will be determined by Wolf Trap Foundation and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Please allow up to ten business days for a formal acknowledgement of your request.
Donation requests are accepted for the upcoming:
- Filene Center Season
- Children’s Theatre-in-the-Woods Season
- The Barns at Wolf Trap
All ticket donations are subject to availability and timing of the shows.
Organizations will be contacted via email regarding the status of their request within six weeks of the request. Please do not call or email to check on status.
*Please note that we are unable to donate to third-party organizations or directly to individuals
*Due to the large number of requests we receive from worthy causes, please understand that Wolf Trap Foundation is unable to donate to the same organization more than once in the same year.
